Manufacturer representation · Latin America and the Caribbean
You have the product. We supply the channel, the engineering and the compliance each Latin American market demands.
Four verticals: infrastructure & compute for the data centre, video surveillance, drones and unmanned systems, and cybersecurity. Pre-sales, project design, channel development and support in the customer's language and time zone.
Market size in 2025, with the 2031 forecast: data centre from USD 11.11 B to 17.63 B, per Arizton, scope Latin America; video surveillance from 4.08 B to 6.56 B and cybersecurity from 18.37 B to 33.74 B, per Mordor Intelligence, scope South America; defence UAV from 495 M to 947 M, per Mordor Intelligence, scope South America. The last figure covers the defence segment only: NATO Class I, under 150 kg, military and ISR use. It is not the commercial drone market. Public sources compiled in 2026. This is regional market context, not this company's results.
The four verticals
Each vertical is bought differently, so each one is worked differently
A high-density rack, a camera network, an unmanned system and an industrial firewall share no buyer, no governing rule and no sizing method. The portfolio is cut along that difference rather than by product family.
Data centre and infrastructure
Rooms where the ceiling is available power and not floor space.
- Racks, enclosures and aisle containment
- Power, backup and in-rack distribution
- Cooling, from precision air to direct-to-chip liquid
- Monitoring, DCIM and instrumentation
Video surveillance
Systems that have to produce usable evidence, not merely recorded footage.
- Camera, optics and lighting conditions
- Video management platform and recording
- AI analytics: detection and classification
- Access control and integration with video
Drones and unmanned systems
The most heavily regulated category in the portfolio, at origin and at destination.
- Observation and reconnaissance platforms
- Electro-optical and thermal payloads
- Ground control station and operating procedure
- Unmanned aircraft detection
Cybersecurity
Where process availability weighs as much as data confidentiality.
- Firewalls and network segmentation
- Industrial and OT network security
- Controlled remote access and identity
- Detection, response and recovery
What we do
We are the local operation a manufacturer does not have here
On the manufacturer's side, presence and channel in a market it has not entered. On the customer's side, someone who answers in their language, in their hours and on their site. Same work, seen from either end.
Manufacturer representation
Prospecting, demonstrations, quoting and follow-through across the full cycle, with reporting on what the market is doing. The manufacturer keeps control of its brand and its pricing policy. We open the market and return field intelligence, not only purchase orders.
Channel development
We find and qualify integrators and distributors, train them on the product, and back them in pre-sales when a project requires it. A channel left without technical support sells once and then sends the equipment back.
Local engineering and support
Design, sizing, commissioning and second-line support, in Spanish and on site. That is the distance between equipment specified and equipment running, which is where projects are lost, and where the account is lost the following year.
Public procurement support
Every country runs its own process, and all of them disqualify on paperwork before reading the technical offer. In Colombia that means assembling the documentation, the authorised-channel letter, and the path through SECOP II and the framework agreements.
Limits
What we do not claim
A site that only says what it knows is easy to write. This section exists because what a firm decides not to claim is also judgement, and it is the first thing checked by anyone about to trust it with a brand.
- We show no case studies and no clients We do not publish third-party projects as our own, and no revenue figures. When there is a delivered project of our own and the customer agrees, it will be published with a name and a date.
- We detail only the regime we work closely The scope is Latin America and the Caribbean. The procurement regime this site details is the Colombian one, because it is the one we can cite by rule and article. For the other markets we claim no regulatory knowledge we have not yet done the work to earn.
- Every figure carries its scope and its source The market figures on this site come from analyst firms, not from us, and each measures a different scope, and each one says which. A figure with no stated scope is not a conservative figure: it is a false one.
- We promise no timeline that depends on a third party Export licence times, entity registrations and factory spares are not ours to set. We give the range we know and say what it depends on.
Technology and partners
Every brand listed under the relationship it actually has
This section goes up in stages, as each agreement is signed. We would rather show it unfinished than say something about a brand that its owner would have to correct.
Manufacturers represented
Pending signed agreement
Brands for which we develop market and channel in the region under a representation agreement. Named once the agreement exists and the manufacturer authorises use of its mark.

Technology we work with
Pending publication
Product we specify, integrate and install on projects, without that implying representation or exclusivity. The distinction matters: a public buyer checks it.

Project partners
Pending publication
Firms we deliver alongside. Each keeps its own relationship with the manufacturer, and that relationship is stated as it stands rather than transferred to our name.

We do not publish a brand's logo until the relationship is signed and its owner authorises the use. This is not decorative caution: in public procurement an inaccurate channel certification disqualifies the bid, and with a manufacturer there is no second chance to correct what someone already read on a website.
